It was a great place for a great price. On the parking aspect of the location, it is not that great. It’s hard to find parking at night time and you can only park around the outside of the building you’re assigned to. Most of the parking is reserved, so if you’re a woman with a kid at night time, then that’s not a location I would prefer

Great communication, easy to find in the Village, walking distance to my office at more than affordable price! Nice surprise of this discovery. Recommended to my peer in the office for other visitors that head to the office on visit like I did.

I have had the opportunity to stay at this property a couple of times for work trips and really enjoyed it on both occasions! The location is very close to everything you might need during a short (or long) stay in Plano and the on-site amenities are great. The units themselves are clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed while away from home. I highly recommend Kasa as a great alternative to hotels when traveling!

When I first arrived my reservation was for a Studio. The Studio was not to me sanitary. There were stains on the couch and floor and it smelled like dog. I called assistance and the young lady, I can't remember her name, but she was working on March 15th at 4pm - 9pm. She was so nice and helpful, even when I wanted to cancel the reservation. She was not pushy, but understanding and was able to get my wife and I in an upgraded apt. That was really nice, comfortable and met our expectations. I really wish I could remember her name, because she worked quickly to get us settled into something suitable for our trip. Thanks Kasa for the memorable trip........ and you truly have a Jewel for an employee.

It was our first Airbnb experience and Legacy Village apartment was a perfect match for us. Neat and clean apartment and rooms. Nice interior decor and furnishings. We enjoyed our stay over there and highly recommend this place.

Our experience at Kasa was great but I have some comments regarding the location. Last summer we stayed at Dallas North which was absolutely amazing. Very clean and quiet. At the Plano location though, not such a great building, very noisy and weed smoking smell all over the corridors. We had to request a change of unit because of the same reason. I would suggest adjusting the prices accordingly as the two locations I mentioned are totally different. We currently moved at Dallas North which is as amazing as I remembered.

Spacious room, way better than a hotel. The area was fantastic… The shops of Legacy allows you to walk to a couple dozen restaurants, shopping. There were two Starbucks within a five minute walk, The pond and the nature on the property was very nice to enjoy an early morning, coffee and sit by the fountain With my wife. Big thumbs up

The two bedroom apartment is an incredible value for business travelers. My only ask would be TVs in the bedrooms. All the logistics for the rental are excellent. The location is walking distance to the east Legacy shops.

Clear instructions, easy access, located in a very active area yet very quiet at night. Fully equipped amenities. Room was very clean. Definitely will stay again!

Great place to stay! Location is great, easy check in and check out. Even though not on site, the instructions are easy to follow. The set up was ideal for 5 people with the 2 br / 2 bath with shared living and kitchen areas. The kitchen was stocked with necessary gadgets and kitchenware needed. Always one to clean up wherever I visit, it was nice to know that Kasa allows you to check out with minimal must dos and get you on your way. We did find out quickly that neighbor downstairs was ultra sensitive to noise above; we were VERY mindful of heavy stepping and loud talking, but he/she still felt the need to let us know (odd for apt-living circumstances). Overall, would stay again!
